R.W. Gallant Equipment Ltd. is a Métis owned pile driving contractor operating from Salmon Arm, British Columbia. R.W. Gallant specialize in environmentally friendly and effective pile driving and have 35 years’ experience with complex and unique construction projects, including design-build marine structures, construction of flood barriers, design-build shoring systems, retaining walls and seawalls, and driven pile foundations.
Equipment includes a 220 Volvo road builder machine SG50(V) Series with a sonic side-grip vibratory pile driver and a DH45 hydraulic impact hammer. We have attachments for doing fencing from 3” and up, driving steel pilings up to 30” in diameter, driving sheet piles, timber piles, and H piles. We drive pilings for bridges and can drive pilings and/or work under power lines and bridges, on land or on water, under structures or indoors to help with stabilization where needed.
